🔨 Home Repair Program 2026 – Coming Soon

The Historic South Initiative's Exterior Home Repair Program has helped make over 400 homes in the Old South End safer, healthier, and stronger for families.

Last fall, due to state budget cuts and the loss of long‑standing funding, HSI had to pause new applications. We know how disappointing this was for residents who rely on these critical resources.

HSI is now pleased to share that we have secured new grants from three corporate/private foundations. This support will allow us to relaunch the Exterior Repair and Roofing Program in 2026.

We're energized by this new investment and remain deeply committed to the Old South End. As details are finalized, we will share updates—here and through other communication channels—about eligibility criteria, application timelines, and how to apply.
