The Historic South Initiative is a comprehensive approach to neighborhood revitalization. Our project focus is the Old South End in Toledo, Ohio. This is a neighborhood that has a strong and memorable history. The goal is to restore it to its former position as a vibrant and attractive neighborhood for families and businesses.
