Every dollar contributed to our central development fund is intentionally deployed to fulfill our core organizational mission: To strengthen Toledo’s Old South End by expanding housing access, advancing educational opportunities, and driving economic opportunity. We are incredibly proud of the success we have achieved in revitalizing our historical streetscapes, but restoration takes consistent capital, and our critical work is far from finished. The financial backing of dedicated donors, corporate partners, and regional foundations remains vital to the ongoing velocity of our project.
